INDIVIDUAL MEETING
If you feel you need some personal advice about your mindfulness or meditation practice, then an individual one on one meeting is a good option. Maybe you feel there is a particular obstacle that you wish to discuss in private. An individual meeting is a safe and confidential space to do so. For example we might do the RAIN practice together; an easy and insightful form of guided meditation. The acronym RAIN stands for: Recognize (what is bothering you), Allow (the experience to be there), Investigate (with some gentle questions) and Nuture (with self-compassion). It will lead you into an attentive presence, where there is no need for judgements. Your heart can rest. |

DURATION OF THE MEETING
An one on one meeting can take 1 to 1,5 hour. It can take place at Annankatu in Helsinki or at Tullintie in Mathildedal. We can also have a meeting through Skype or Zoom.
