GROUP MEETINGS

I the (near) future we will have group meetings again.
The purpose is to learn, understand and practice the basics of mindfulness together.
​It is suitable for everybody who is interested and it doesn’t matter if you are a total beginner or if you already have some experience with it. 
Every gathering has a theme which we will explore, with simple meditation practices we will do together. At the end you will have a chance to share your experiences and ask questions.
